The supporters cheered and chanted non stop, and the boys on the pirtch gave everything no dropping of heads. At the end the crowd stood and cheered both sides non stop. What does a score matter when you get such an atmosphere. The Leeds players got a shock running on to the pitch to home supporters cheering, but it was for the exiled 6 who have given great service to the club. Celtic came of age tonight, and I cannot remember such support for a team who are supposed to be a 'disgrace'. It is about time abusive so called fans stopped having a go at the Celtic
I think you'll find that people have issue with the RL and their one eyed approach to expansion at all costs. Celtic have clearly demonstrated what happens when you shoe horn a RL team into a Union stronghold and get them to Super League in the space of 3 seasons come hell or high water.
I think people are quite rightly angered when you look at the way this season has panned out. The fans of CC, the club itself and the game do not need this sort of bad press and poor judgement. The decision to admit CC to SL 2009 was wrong. It is now plain for all to see.
Had you developed over time before being awarded a license, you may have ended your first season with more credibility. As it happens the whole process was a shambles and you are the ones suffering the most.
