I like to use 2 starting props that will work hard but then i like to bring on my 2 impact props, my impact 2nd row and my impact 9 all at the same time for the last 20 and blow the other team out of the water. A bench of Lauaki, Moa, Houghton and Manu is capable of doing that easily.

If that's your preferred way of playing then that bench is perfect for it.

Catalans have a big pack would you be tempted to have Moa, Lauaki and another prop on the bench alongside Houghton?

Only if Lauaki needed to play in the back row. I wouldnt carry 3 interchange props. With Cats size i would just adopt a game plan thats a little bit more expansive to tire them out. (opposite to Peter Sharps tactics of running straight at them for 75 mins to tire them out)
