Seems you played well.

Were Saints at full strength- bizarrely they have struggled at Celtic away and lost at Salford away.

Mac out!

Maybe they take it too easy and expect to win. Teams like us and celtic will raise there games against teams like saints and leeds etc. Last night we just got in there faces and didn't let them play the flowing rugby they usually do. Yes they were missing cunningham, pryce and gidley but you can only beat whats in front of you.

From 1 to 17 immense tonight.
Myler who needs him
Special mention to the youngsters out there Walton,Sidlow,Adamson and the star Ratchford all came through the academy(well Sidlow was there for a year  )
What a difference having a actual winger out there and I thought he had a great game.
Goulding must be signed up and Henry continues to impress.
The pack were straight in Stains faces tonight, and even the scapegoat had not a bad game, not great but a improvement, apart from being a t1t right in front of the ref.
It's great to beat the plastic scousers.
I am now opening my third can of Strongbow :DRUNK:

I would second all of that, well said

Thought Luke Swain was outstanding! Pisses me off when I read the paper this morning and says Saints had an understrgength team. Sorry but what did we have? we was missing myler, turner, talau, white, parker fitzy, sibbit albeit theyre not the same quality as saints injured but just as important to our team as they are to theirs! Fantastic from beginning to end and to think of the average age of our squad,

Thanks for saving that performance for us
I didn't much enjoy watching Saints play last night but certainly enjoyed the Reds performance. We were out enthused all over the field, your defense was excellent, your attack was faster and more fluent than ours and you kicked us to death throughout the match.
Great performance, great win.Damn that Shaun McRae.

I was stood behind where he kicked it, directly in line with him and the post, and I'd reckon he 100% aimed for the upright.

The Head Coach has exceeded all expectations in his first year back in SuperLeague.

Way, way back on here when people were wanting to lynch McRae I suggested that he wasn't the problem, but it was your players. Your players are playing now and they have gotten themselves sorted defensively on the whole (which is where they needed sorting). McRae is a good coach and you'll do well under him so long as your blokes play. You played us off the park last night.
