Only realised looking at the tape of the match on the Super League show but if you read my match report I'm putting three of Celtic's four tries down to his poor defence.

I don't normally like to criticise individuals but I think it's a major problem. Have a watch if you can and tell us what you think.

Rogue knows what I think of him. Can't run, can't tackle, keeps Sam in the reserves. Does some great passes but that's not enough.

I might be wrong, but isn't he wanting to get back to Aussie?
That coupled with what you've highlighted (and other things) would suggest maybe the best thing all round would be for him to go back home.
Only problem I could see would be us having to pay him till his contract was up, but if we could sort that out...

I'd like to see a different partnership against KR tbh. Maybe Tomkins/O'Loughlin, or Tomkins/Pryce.

Last week I posted aboput his Lack of Urgency in Defence when protecting the fielder of a Kick by blocking runners etc.

I watched him on 2 x occasions 2nd half and he didn't even look at the runners he put his head down & "WALKED!" back!

Disgraceful!

I really dont know how he didnt get pulled up by the touch judge for being offside he certainly gets out of the blocks very quickly but the problem is he misses the tackles. Needs to be sorted imo his attack can sometimes overshadow some shocking defence he has.

We miss his kicking when he's not there, hopefully Tomkins, Leuluai and O'Loughlin are all practicing their punt kicks.

Going a bit off the subject here but its just popped into my head

Anyone remember in the final few minutes of the game, Ganson was just about to blow for a Wigan penalty, Celtic gathered the ball and he waved play on

He had his arm out and everything just about to blow whistle then changed his mind. If this was a call from the TJ then I think that is the first one I've seen this season.

Gleeson has certainly improved defence on Smith's side, but even Gleeson can only do so much. The guy has has had a couple of good games where he's thrown some fantastic passes, and before this weekend people were talking about signing him on a longer contract, well I'm of the opinon that he has to go. We cant get into one of these situations where by he has to create more tries than he concedes or we'll get no where

Wigan vs Leeds finals aggregate score.

Wigan 178 - 64 Leeds

Wigan wins - 6 Leeds wins - 0
