TBF, Agar comes across as a really nice bloke but the press conference after the last game of last season said to me that it sank in that he had a massive task ahead of him, and that he isn't/wasn't up to the job.
The good thing is, is that Uncle Keith and the Tool have engineered a lose/lose situation in that if they keep Agar, they're gonna finish bottom 3, or if they sack him, it will further invalidate their credentials as a club in sacking 3 coaches in as many years whilst the man who would take over in Jon Sharp must be the worst coach in the history of SL.
