You love RL and so do I, so lets talk rugby, players etc rather than the usual pathetic tit for tat crap we often get.
Paul, not sure if you heard RH but they were taking the pi$$ out of Fisher and Murrell having a sun tan contest, and his remarks about Salt End were I assume a reference to not going to Dubai, this post as you pointed out has its origins in the ban FC have imposed on them, and in maybe a not so underhanded way, I was pointing out that you can't take offence with everything they say, people have a go at them for being jounalists ie: reporting the Cooke story, which incidently your board have never forgiven them for, although they have made stupid and sometimes offensive comments, Re; Readon, they are in no way any worse than talk sport, and the accusations that they(RH) keep having a go only at FC isn't quite true as this shows, alot of what has happend to FC they have brought upon themselves, and because everyone is laughing, your board took their bat home, and after all RH services the City of Hull and people will comment on what happening at all clubs in the City.
This was the reason for my post, to show that it was an over reaction to RH, and as you know if I had presented that question or commented on your forum, I would more than likely been removed, so my question as presented on here "Time to ban Radio Humberside?" re comments made about Rovers.

Success consists of getting up just one more time than you've fallen down.

Interestingly hardly any of your fans responded, as they are probably not interested in what is happening at our club and rightly so, however you appear to be obsessed with us thus leading to thread like this. Why don't you just concentrate on your own club

I understand all of that, personally I don't see the point of banning RH as they have as a station done little wrong. The only issue I have is with Burnsy who is a complete moron, the fact that Grimsby Town and Phil Brown won't talk to him suggests that Hull ar not the only sporting club to be unhappy with him.
Stuff done in humour I don't think is the problem, it's when it comes to Hull FC that Burnsy oversteps the mark and humour does not come into it. Either way I still don't support the ban, it just makes him probably feel more important.
Have you ever heard him commentating on a City game? He is appauling.

Just working on the assumption that Burns does have an agenda against Hull FC (to be honest I don't listen to Sportstalk often enough to know), I think the club should have adopted an attitude of "rise above it".
As it is, the media ban is more damaging to the club than his jibes.

Aye, I agree with that. Not sure Burns does have an agenda, he just cannot help making snide remarks to make himself (in his own eyes) look good.
