ian bell he i only played a few games and if he would of kept out of prison could be in super league now was at barrow now playing for featherstone and score 3 at weekend very big and strong centre only for the rovers fans who have been supporting more than 4 years

like jon wilkin he was one that rovers where unable to keep beacuse they where better than the club and the future coachin they got has helped them massivley would be great to see them all back at rovers to make our local lads

i would of liked Hardman to of been given a shot, but in all honesty when you compare the team with have now; everyone weve talked about wouldnt even get in the 19. (kirke/wilkin wernt as good as they are now when with us)

think this just goes to show how far weve come in a few short years.

When Ian Kirke left us he had stints at York and Dewsbury before he got his opportunity at Leeds. He did it the hard way and fair play to him. Hardly an example of a player Rovers couldnt keep hold of though.
