But,say If your team was in the lead @ half time and the weather conditions were not suitable to play coz of heavy rain & lightning and they called off the game , does that mean the team in the lead @ the break gets the competition points or will they play the other half some other time?

newcastle knights vs brisbane broncos tonight at newcastle lightning strike took out the electric feed.total blackout just after halftime .they had a halftime break of 40 minutes until electrics were restored the players had too have some food and warm up again .all radio telecast stoped . lockyers 300th game . have you seen anything like before .i have but only for a few minutes

There is a similar rule to the one above covering abandonment of Challenge Cup matches.
I suppose the rules in Australia and NZ are similar but may not be identical.
