So was last week a good win, were there enough positives to think we can beat York again? Today I am thinking yes, but it was tough against York and we will be away from home. This could be the win that sets us up for automatic promotion though, so come on cougars.
Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.
Yes we can win, We showed we are a dry weather team, which showed just how fast our backs are. (with these backs we could win the nines in blackpool) We had 3 forwards back from injury, which gave us fire power upfront. Blackpool scored 2 tries when Duffy was injured ( I thought head injuries were an automatic stop in play). I think we dropped the ball twice all game. The only concern I can see is the goal kicking, a few missed on sunday, but we still won quite comfortably I think.
P.S. David March is injured, and if he doesn't play that could reduce the "referee bullying by 50%)
Agree reborn, this is a massive game for us,win and we are in a postion to go for this league.Like as been said on other posts we are capable of beating anybody with an injury free squad,it's been a while since we won away, think it was London.

Ifeel like the team is on a high at the moment and could well steamroll this lot, even at their place. The big men are back, players competing for team selection, and they all look hungry and fit.
SHELLING PEAS!
KLY 32 YORK 6
Quite simply 3 of their tries were assists by the referee clear knock ons forward passes, this is not sour grapes but fact. I would go so far as to suggest the ref was close to being corrupt.
Way to often in 2nd half we had chances but poor passing let us down. The trie by Mapals was outsanding created by Gavins mesmering break.
A most disappointing aspect of the game was the cougar faithful stayed behind to cheer and applaud the players and bar a couple left the pitch, I understand they may have been frustrated but in my opinion this was poor.
At the final whistle one of the March brothers kicked the ball towards cougar fans and he got the relevant response but as a group of us were walking past their fans and March brother who was no7 was abusive and threatening toward some fans which is unacceptable.
Based on the referees performance I would suggest the meeting York had with the rfl complaining about their treatment clearly worked in their benefit.
Perhaps Barry should do the same but also take a copy of the game today to prove the point.
York only scored a penalty in the 2nd half such was our dominance and credit to the boys for the comeback.
