Three weeks after my contact I'm still waiting for a response from a "5 working days" answer so I've bothered them again with this..
[iI contacted you with a complaint regarding me signing up to yourselves with the promise of 2/3 australian rugby league matches per week (advertised by yourselves) to have had one match per week since i joined. YOUR AUTOMATED EMAIL SAID I WOULD GET A RESPONSE WITHIN 5 DAYS "THREE WEEKS LATER I'VE HEARD NOTHING" This is shoddy at best. I am contacting OFFCOM to see what they think. My next contact with you is cancellation.[/i
