A purple patch inspired on his home ground by man of the match WIGAN CAPTAIN Sean O’Loughlin produced three tries in an eight-minute spell just before half-time, and the GB Lions added two more after the break to maintain Smith’s 100 per cent record as Great Britain coach.

You can say what you want but im seriously losing faith in Stuart Fielden. Too many times has he come out with an excuse over his poor form and claimed he was ready to have his best ever year. There is nothing more id love to see than Fielden regain his form and prove everyone wrong as he was my favourite player outside of Wigan when he was at Bradford but time is definately running out for him and very quickly. The days of him leading the GB pack and playing 80 mins against the Aussies and looking the best forward on the field are long gone.

Agree Fielden is shot, we may get the odd quality game out of him here and there but he will never out a consistant good run of performances together again.
Although my old mate Charlie Seeling does not believe in it, Stuart Fielden in my opinion is the best example of burnout you are ever likely to see, burnout is not just physical its mental too and I think Fielden has it bad on both counts.
Unless by some miracle his form does improve, but i can only see that ever happening under a change of environment to freshen things up which would mean getting shot of the backroom staff, Fielden should not be offered another deal at Wigan regardless of his wage demands.
Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.
