selective memory issues!!
think back to the end of last season I recal we were saying EXACTLY the same things, bench issues, playing favourites etc etc
this is not about two games but the last 15 or so

Totally agree,he was brought in last year, this is his season,it is his team, his selections. Would you have thought he would have won 5 out of the first 7 matches
Yes issues give him chance to address, a fantastic start to the campaign better than any-one on here would have imagined..it is still early days.

Well said!
We have put in one poor performance in bad conditions against a good Quins side for mine. Now if this performance is repeated over the next 3-4 games then there will be an issue without doubt.
Against Cas I thought we played well in an exciting game and in the end INDIVIDUAL errors cost us the game - we could still be sat joint top!
Every team has an off day - Saints at home to rovers, quins at Giants, Giants at home to us, rovers away at Wire, Wire most weeks ditto Bradford.
My only concern is the over use of certain players and I think fatigue is setting in to some extent. With Easter round the corner these players will have to be rested far more.

Calm down Dear.
What you and several people who keep calling for Wayne Bennett fail to realise is that he has to actually want to come here.
What I currently see is the typical forum over-reaction to a couple of poor performaces. I'm more than happy to give Agar at least the time he has on his contract to improve us and if he hasn't then he has failed and we should look elsewhere. Either way I'm sick of the constant calling to sack the coach etc we seem to have everytime we have a bad spell. I'd rather let people see a contract out and use the time to find the right man for the job. I wasn't in favour of appointing Agar in the first place but he is here now and constantly calling for him to be sacked etc doesn't help anyone.

You may have been spouting that shite but I wasn't.
I was saying bollocks to the season we've been crippled by injury and already lost one coach. I was saying bad luck lads on being just 10 or so minutes away from winning the Challenge Cup. I was saying we needed some new powerful forwards before we knew Carvell would love us over and we have signed 2 international players to cover this but they're not here yet (if at all) for reasons beyond Agar's control. I was saying Agar needs a complete new season to mould the team how he wants it and only then should he be judged.
Let's go back to the start of this season. Most people were predicting 6/7/8th finish. They may well be right. But we won our first 5 games so the 'Change your coach every 5 games' brigade remained in the trenches with their heads down. Two below par performances and over the top they come with the usual mix of unsubstantiated cr@p such as "Not experienced enough", "Sharp's running the show" etc. The team and Agar rightly deserve criticism particularly for the Quins defeat but let them attempt to put it right and support the players and coaches in their attempts to do so.
If performances continue to deteriorate and the season doesn't pan out as well as it should THEN the club should take action to remedy it.
As it stands we're 2 points behind the leading team in a league which many people either cannot or will not understand is the closest competition in the modern era. The current coach has had barely a season in charge having for the majority of games in that time hardly a fit 17 to pick from. It's time some people started taking a slightly longer term view than what happened in the last game.

My mistake, everything is fine, nothing to see here.
What a stupid response. I have criticised his bench management and selection like most. As for "only having a plan A" that is a phrase which someone used the other day and some others have decided is gospel truth. Truly laughable.
