Paul Groves could do something for us, I was talking to him the other night and he wanted to throw his hat into the ring.

He's Salford through and through, I think thats something we really need right now in that dressing room.

No i refer to my last post, BORN IN SALFORD, not born in Manchester, seperate cities, your statement is like somebody being born in Leeds and being classed as a scouser.
Salford and Manchester are seperate cities

But perception is more important than the truth.

Think about the mass interest your club would create if it renamed itself to Manchester City Reds? - could potentially be massive.

Anyway, Macrea has good contacts and has signed you some decent larkers, he just can't coach them.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

0/10. I would've given you 1, but it's not even original.

:? I just used the "Manchester City Reds" thing as an example cos I remember it being on here ages ago.

But look at things logically, brand new stadium, sharing with the world-biggest football club Man Utd (with their reserves playing there I believe) would be an ideal time to rebrand the club for a massive relaunch and get the whole of the Manchester/Salford area support and your club could be massive.
