Just what the topic says really.
I need to email him about this ticket fiasco.
I just spent over an hour on the phone - at 35p a minute - to go on a waiting list because the allocation has gone already.
An hour ??? I was only number 7 in the queue when I started.
I don't object to the waiting list part, more the fact that if I dial the reception number from my mobile (landline, so it's free on my package), they refuse to transfer me to the ticket office, even though they can.
So basically, my "free" tickets for Barrow have cost me over £21 and I still don't know whether I will even get them.
No trees were harmed during the creation of this post. However, a number of electrons were mildly inconvenienced. .
