Wonder what price would we get for Sam Burgess?

Nice line of thinking, but these daysLeeds would never let someone like Lowes go, there's no one of the quality of McNamara and Spruce in the second tier, Saints would be a lot more circumspect about releasing Bernard ...

Dont think there is such a thing as the big 4 clubs. And even if there was I dont think your lot would qualify. You are a team that we expect to win nowerdays and I guess we are not the only ones. To be honest I think that my team (Wakey) can beat either Leeds or Saints but dont expect it to happen every time. Whereas with Bratford I honestly believe that we are a much better side than you and would be supprised if we lost to you. I reckon that you are in a world of trouble. P.S. Halley is good - we will have him at the end of the season....why did he not get a chance at Odsal?

Hell, I didn't realise things had got so bad. Come back when you've won summat in the Super League era.

As for Halley, he's got another chance this weekend.

Done. 25/01/17.

.................but winning games against us, Leeds or Saints, is like winning a trophy to them

So............

5 pages of comments, but no real contenders for a replacement coach? Welcome to Hood's world!

Surely we'd be better with no coach than McNamara though? Perhaps some posters on here could set up a poll to pick the team each week. We've got so many undiscovered coaching talents on RAB that it would surely be a success?

What about Phil Veivers?

I'd like to see Robbie and Big Joe back at the club maybe as backroom staff. They don't seem to be doing anything now Hood should get on the phone

Aye, and they have a second string to their bows in that they are also financial wizards with undiscovered talents for whistling up funds out of thin air. Can't imagine why Hood hasn't pursued this option before...

Is he really doing nothing at the moment?
Salford must be delighted...

So we're looking for someone who's got a distinguished history with the club and won't cost much.

Step forward Bullman :D
