Why not play Kyle Eastmond on the wing? He's done nothing to suggest he's a future half back for the club, so why not try him? He's got the pace and the footwork.

He's injured.

And how often has Eastmond had the opportunity to play in the halves for Saints as of yet ?

Of all the youngsters we've produced in the last few years Eastmond looks the most exciting by a mile. To say he doesn't have the skills to play in the Halves is pretty laughable really.

To have him play on the wing would be even more laughable.

He could play any of the backs positions IMO. It would be a waste of his talent, but he could fill in there if necessary. I'd love to see him play at Full Back. He'd be very exciting there with a bit of work. If anyone watched the NRL this weekend, Matty Bowen stood out a mile for NQC and he's tiny.

You could also gain a sense of the fact that it was because he recognised his worth to Saints and to British RL in general; he had to leave a mark. He did so and I doubt he will be forgotten. For me....the most important player to Saints of the past 20 years and that includes Cunningham and Long.

Wilkin will never be fit to lace his boots.

Sculthorpe to my mind was the best Loose Forward this country has ever seen. That night against Brisbane he pushed his body to the very limit and was the best forward on the paddock. It was a great shame he couldnt Captain Great Britian/England because he would have faired alot better in that department than Andy Farrell could ever dream off.

Exactly, some of the posts this guy makes are good but sometimes the depressing aspect just crosses the line into talking bolloxxx.

Eastmond looks like he could be frightening to pretty much everyone I have spoke to regarding the guy, obviously Saddened is watching something else.
