The point was that the ground is being maintained and expanded upon by Brewery Field Ltd. It benefits all of the clubs that play their rather than the Crusaders paying for the upkeep of the stadium and everything that comes with that out of their own pockets. We're certainly better off as a result of this.

Having a controlable long term lease and having a relatively short term rental agreemant are totally different things
If the Ravens and the footy team are also lined up to play at the ' proposed ' new stadium then when it all comes to fruition [ if ever ] they will make serious money from thier ownership of the lease on Brewery Field
Sound more like a ' cash flow ' issue to me
