During April former Wakefield Trinity player and Coach Andy Kelly and ex Rams player Robin Jowitt will be undertaking a Liverpool to Leeds canal walk to raise awareness and funds for the mens cancer charity
Orchid.

37,000 men will be diagnosed with a male-specific cancer this year;
each man a husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend.
Prostate cancer is now the biggest cancer threat to men in the UK
one man dies every hour from this disease alone.,
Andy was diagnosed with cancer in 2005 but has thankfully been in remission for the last four years so this cause is close at heart for him.
The 127 miles cross-Pennine canal is the longest in Britain and climbs to a height of 488 feet above sea level. Andy, who also played for Hull Kingston Rovers and England, is hoping to complete the walk over a four day period and is already racking up the miles in preparation for the task.
Starting in
Liverpool the route will take Andy via Leigh, Wigan, Chorley, Blackburn, Burnley, Skipton, Keighley, Bingley, Shipley, Kirkstall & Armley before arriving at Granary Wharf in Hobeck
Leeds.
Please get behind Andy's walk and help make a success of his efforts to raise a little money and a lot of awareness for Orchid.
