His penalties nearly always harm hsi teams, and he gives away a shed load, last night 2 Higham penalties lead to the first 2 Trinity tries and the momentum fully with Trinity, second half Wire started to rally, Higham dropped ball followed with another couple of penalties leading to Trinity scores.
This is without mentioning his wayward passing, i lost count of the times Morley and Rauhihi had to check there runs to take his passes.
Higham is a quality hooker for those who chose to ignore his major flaws.
While i agree Riddell has been poor to date, i am certain when he gets fully fit he will be a fine assett to the club.
I'm not claiming that Higham always plays magnificently, or that he doesn't make mistakes.
However, the one sure way not to make mistakes, is not to do anything, and it looks as though our new wonder boy has chosen this option.
