Thats the beauty with our side, people regularly under-estimate us, the players we have are no mugs and in amongst them are some class acts, why people still think we should be the easy beats baffles me, for years we've proven we're a tenacious, gritty and quality side, yes we've had our relegation scares but we've also been in and flirted with the play offs. I think we'll need to be on form for this one but I'm quietly confident we can do it even if the Wire play well.
Wouldn't drop Gleeson or move Drew not when he's playing so well at hooker.

because he plays his smartest footy (imo) out of actin half and runs well at the defence....similar to what drew did against wigan and if we can get someone to emulate that it'll leave drew and obst in the halves....
and JD is the best to emulate that imo.

Drew has been far and away our best player and JD, as admirably as he would try and match that, is not in the same league as drew at acting half. can see no reason to neutralise Drew's effectiveness by putting him at first man where imo he was relatively ineffectual last season. JD is not and never will be a nine, although i accept his scoots from the play the ball can be advantageous. however that is completely different from the all encompassing role of Drew in that position.

After last seasons inconsistencies I think JK is very much of the attitude - if it ain't broke don't fix it.
Apart from Grix, if the rest of the team have come through unscathed from Sunday then I am sure it will be very much same again, with Obst ( ) a straight replacement for Grix.
The only other possible change might be because JK feels Pitts (or possibly Bibb) might benefit from a rest, with Sculthorpe coming onto the bench.
