More reasons why he should have been given the number 14 shirt, not number 9, hes going to be injury prone with that knee for all his time now, we wont see much of him imo, and he should be gutted, after targetting this match.

Yup, the shirt number really is that important. You can tell from Diskin's early season performances that he's not bothered anymore.......

He misses two games early on through injury and all of a sudden hes a crock and no better than Brett Mullins. Give the guy atleast half a season before making these presumptions.

Regardless of results, we have not been impressive thus far this season, although early doors. The oppossition thus far has not been the best.
Hopefully you are right on this, but not convinved we can be that confident yet.
It must be a huge blow to the club and squad to be missing two big signing major players that you fully intended to be integral to the team.
Fair play, its' not like we've won the title 3 out of 5 seasons with Diskin as our only recognised hooker so it was a fairly rash statement I guess.
Oh, hang on........................

Dunneman helped out in 2004 though to be fair!
Aye, and tansey in 2007 and 2008. Neither are hookers though.
You're right about the money aspect but, like you say, its' early days.
