them with their books full of vouchers.
We found an open turnstile and tried to get in with the vouchers, only to be told we had to queue up at the ticket office to exchange the voucher for a ticket!!!! Nothing was mentioned when my friend picked up the voucher book about having to queue again on match day. We then joined one queue, got to the front and was told we'd have to join Andy's queue for a kids ticket!!!!
I didn't want to argue with the ticket office staff (they're only doing their job) and there were only a couple of people in Andy's queue anyway. I rang my friend who was on the way and told her not to go straight to the turnstiles but to queue at the ticket office - needless to say she missed kick off.
We then got to the turnstiles and I was told my kids could go through turnstiles 21-24 but I'd have to go to the other side of the stand and use 1-4
I refused, and they eventually let me in.
What a farce - it's a good job we arrived at 2.30pm
Someone couldn't organise the proverbial in a brewery
Unfortuatley the LSV changed tac on the kids tickets after 20 odd had been given out
I picked up my daughters yesterday and was given a ticket for todays game , I was also told that the ' credit card ' type tickets would be ready for the haven game
