I think all these refusals are a blessing in disguise. Maybe not to the teams concerned but to the competition as a whole, at least the teams affected can actually utilize fully thier academy players and give them a chance. Of course on the other side of the coin, the competition is missing out on world class players but at least the clubs have a chance to actually produce thier own world class players.
