I have two dogs myself so understand your care and probably would have done the same, however, this shouldn't be used as an excuse to break the law.
I also disagree about having somewhere to go as they knew when the were taking smoking up as a habit that they couldn't have a cigarette in ideal conditions all of the time. If someone cannot manage 2 hours without one, then I would consider seeking medical help.
Totally disagree So have you never broken the law in your life ???
Never gone over the speed limit EVER ??? Which also is breaking the law.
The stadium should cater for EVERYONE not just the me myself and I
People also didnt know when they started smoking that all public places would be banned this was taken away from them.
The smokers arent looking to pollute you with there smoke!!!
All they are asking for is somewhere where they can have a cig when they need one if that means providing an area then so be it i dont have a problem with and you shouldn't either because it will be in a special area for SMOKERS is it that hard to understand.

Whats the air to cigarette smoke ratio from someone having a fag in a toilet cubicle? All the answers to the above are all pathetic in relation to the real world. You say what suits. Chemicals in food...ginetic crops.....'E'numbers.... only the sheep of you believe thats all fine and dandy. Because you are told. Stop hammering the smokers cos the 'Sun' told you its bad...... Be honest here...how many people do you know who died of cancer and didn't smoke....and did a 'Roy Castle' neither. If you are truthful There's plenty. But that won't go with the propaganda will it?
i know of several people that have died from lung cancer from passive smoking, i work on a cardiothoracic ward, and see them every day of my workinglife, people who think smokers only get lung cancer think again, THEY DONT.

Nobody needs a cigarette. Wanting and needing are not the same thing. Anyone who can't hold on for a couple of hours is frankly pathetic IMO.
A smoking area inside the stadium is illegal anyway. It would have to be outside and largely uncovered to comply with the legislation.
And who would pay for it?

Apparently these people were figments of your imagination caused by reading The Sun.

Want or need Kosh both are fine by me so long as we cater for everyone i dont care.
And a fenced off area at the bottom of the stairs just outside the doors would not cost the earth for smokers, like they do at outside of pubs simple effect and then everyones happy.
The SMC should pay for the bits of fence at nearly £ 3 a burger and pie they can pay for almost everything

Why would it need to be fenced off? there are no restrictions on smoking outside the stadium as far as I am aware.

Surely that would be an area for smokers who have already passed through the turnstiles. It's probably not an unreasonable suggestion, I'm sure it's not the first time someone has made it.
As a non-smoker I couldn't care less. The smokers I do sit with can make it through a game without the need to run off and get a fix, when we've discussed it they don't mind having to wait until after.
If I wanted glory and the joys of supporting a well financed and well organised sport I'd pick another one.

So far we've had people on here asking for; Drinking to be allowed in the seats, better food and a smoking area. Does anybody go to watch the feckin rugby?
I myself do not drink, smoke or eat fast food during the season. I'm a good lad I am.
