Nigel Wright and Danny Brough would be a halfback pairing to match just about any you could mention.
So much creativity it would tear holes in anyones defence.

no contest on that one Ashurst was the real deal he is the best 2nd row forward i ever saw Solomona is a good player but he could not lace Bills boots
I could count a number of really great players from legends like Neil Fox and Toppo (never saw Wally Lewis play for us), but I'm going to go for Trevor Skerrett. A real powerhouse prop forward. The number of times he blasted holes through the defence must have given his team mates a massive lift, and really got the crowd going. Great fun to watch, great player. Come back Trev!
