Despite lack of quality players in some positions this year it's becoming clear that Macca lacks whatever it is that makes a Super League coach. Man mangement, technical coaching, game tactics, team organisation, motivational skills or whatever it takes and has not improved in his tenure over 2+ seasons.
But I do not subsribe to throwing the baby out with the bath water.

And before you go off on a little rant I'm:-

NOT defending SM.

NOT having a pop at you, rather your post.

NOT condoning how we're playing.

NOT one of those half naked "lady friends" on your sig link. :D

NOT happy about being where we are in the table.

NOT Mystic Eddie . . .. . :)

. . . . I simply subscribe to the old adage that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. . . . and we CAN fail far more than we are doing at the moment.

. . . . . . . . IMO (and that's all it is) doing what you suggest would put us even more firmly on that road . . . . . .
But how much longer can this go on before something has to be done. All of next season the season after.

No one seems to think it is a good thing. :)

Bradford gave us Hockney, Leeds gave us Moyles.

But we wouldn't be "change for change's sake". We'd be changing because the current coach isn't good enough.

Worrying, isn't it.

One would hope that the club (or rather the "business") would, within whatever constrains exist that we as fans are not privy to, are/have some vision in place <fail to plan / plan to fail> to improve the current position.

If not, isn't that where all the bile and vitriol should be being directed?

Right and you know somebody who is willing to invest their time and efforts and has the abilities to run a SL club do you? I am sure Hood would gladly hand over the reigns if your replacement has the funds to take the club further than he could.

Jesus we have some nobs on here.

Hood is useless in the 2 years that he as been at the club he forced Noble out and appointed Steve McNarmara. As for SM he makes some of the most average signings ever and he CAN'T coach I can see us getting a Hiding on friday
