The coach that drops a fully fit Lee Briers for being a lazy tw*t will be the Wire coach that earns my respect. Too many defensive liabilities in the starting line-up.

To be fair, Penny is mega gash.

What was the "Call me" thing when he scored. It was probably directed at the RFU

George Bush says 'we are losing the war on drugs'. Well you know what that implies? There's a war going on, and people on drugs are winning it! Well what does that tell you about drugs? Some smart, creative motherfookers on that side."

Have you used your brain lately?

Penny is potentially one of the best players to emerge in years. A natural talent with speed to burn. A long way from the finished article but he has time on his side. Fact that he is a Wire player & not a Quins player doesnt mean Im gonna have a pop at the lad just to rubbish the Wire like so many people on this forum like to do.
He's a great talent and I look forward to him tormenting the Aussies in a few years. Dont let them grind you down son. Build on the positives and you'll be one of the greats :D
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
