The forwards are making the yards but certain players get controlled and turned far too easily resulting in slow ptb's.
Rovers main problem at the moment are getting out of their back end on spider sets. Cockayne and Latus get dominated far to easily and don't lay anywhere near the platform Briscoe and Colbon lay and when you factor in that Fox at the moment is struggling for form, herein lies the main reason Rovers don't appear to be going forward. Add into this a poor kicking game and already your up against it and thats before all the handling errors.
Lots of problems, but all can be remedied by a decent coach
