| Ladbrokes version:
Few strange ones in there, would be a bit surprised to see Wakefield in the Middle 8s tbh, but agree that Saints likely to be right up there.

These are odds for the Grand Final winner. Think Warrington will come back strongly. Catalans a bit of an unknown under McNamara, not kept up with their recruitment.

Agreed. Warrington will make the top four so it'l be interesting to see who makes way.
I have concerns about the effects of our trip to Australia and we need to sort our home form out or we could miss out on the semis.

| Wasn't this the bone of contention for a Cas fan getting his bet weighed in. The bookies stated who would win the league but meant who would win the play-off final.
Winning the league is who finishes top after all the rounds, the GF winner is simply that a Final based on a play-off format albeit a very short play off.
As for us, rocks and diamonds last season and will be so difficult to predict how we'll go, hovering around the top 4 but it's a complete guess how well we'll do, we scrambled for a play-off place last year and almost missed out, need some early season form at home to get the casual fans back.

Depends on the wording I guess. If you ask me who won the league last year I would say Leeds. What Cas did would generally be regarded as winning the regular season.

| I'd have leeds and wire ahead of us in the odds personally. Top 4 could be a real struggle next year and we will need to be much better during the weekly rounds than we were in 2017

There has to be question marks over Leeds without McGuire and Burrow. And Warrington look good on paper but they have to improve an awful lot. Those odds look about right, apart from Cas who wont be top 4.

Leeds
Hull
Warrington
Wakefield
Catalans

Widnes
Salford

| I think baring a catastrophe, that top 6 will be pretty comfortable, with Wakey following behind them (I’m impressive with the squad they’ve put together), then Catalans & Hudds, with the three pub sides battling it out for the wooden spoon.
Saints to win it IMO. Big question marks over how Leeds will do without McGuire, us without Ellis & Fonua, wholesale changes at Wire, and Cas losing their best player from last season. Wigan have a very strong squad and will be up there. 3 sides travelling to Aus soon will be interesting too. Can’t wait.
