Yeah, I think so.
I know he’s a professional and all that, but I can’t see him enjoying it if it did happen. He’s 29 in the summer, is coming off a bad injury and has strengths but also some widely acknowledged limitations to his game. With those things in mind, if Quinlan were to depart (I’d prefer he returned to form and stayed, of course) then I think we’d be better giving Dagger the 1 shirt and spending elsewhere.
On the other hand, who’d have thought Danny Tickle would win me over so thoroughly?

| Always thought he could play on the wing for us.
Can take a high ball, could scoot from dummy half and is quick.
Leave Jake where he is long term and Shaul can be a non quota winger for us.

That’a what I’d do with Jamie. Could cover two positions and even if Jake is FB, there will be times Jamie would need to play there.
I’ve always thought we should develop Jamie’s game to back up the forwards more looking for the off loads, like Schofield and Steve Evans used to do.
Would hate to see Jamie leave, but trust BH will have a plan for him.

| I think he d be expensive cover with his new contract , all about getting the most out the cap so I'd let him go, I reckon Wakefield would take him.

He wouldn’t be cover, he’d be playing on the wing or Full Back.
He’s a non quota player too and Faraimo is OOC at the end of the year.
As for his salary, I’m sure it will be lower than Fonua’s and I’d pick Jamie ahead of Fonua based on his form since returning to the club.
Also I hope the club can be a bit more creative and imaginative than just selling Jamie to Wakefield.

| There's no way he's dislodging Connor from fullback
And has Shaul played on the wing before? Highly unlikely. Aged 29 reinventing himself in a new position, a lot of huge question marks.
In my opinion I'd let him go and save a big wage, invest it in a specialist winger maybe like Tom Johnstone and probably have some change left over

To be fair neither had Andre Savelio, and look how that’s turned out.
TJ has been hindered by concussion protocols lately, that is definitely a big worry.
But would Wakey fans want to see him leave, not a chance, would Leeds want him, definitely.
It’s great to have speed on the outside, but it’s also become a luxury position the wing, a sad demise really.

| Tom Davies is as good as Johnstone IMO, is out of contract so wouldn't cost a fee, I hope we have made him an offer.

| Good shout Dave another who would be cheaper wages wise than Shaul and also a specialist winger.

To be honest Dave I've always thought Davies was a very good winger that has plenty of pace and was surprised when he left Wigan. I think he would be a very good signing for us and in all honesty better value than Tom Johnstone TBH.
I wasn't aware he was out of contract, so agree he's very much worth making an offer to but with the stipulation he locates within 30 mins of Hull.

Had a couple of bad years of injuries at Wigan (They havent much luck with their wingers) and at the time had Burgess, Marshall and Manfredi.
He will probably stay, but I'd be making a decent offer for him if he fancies moving back to the UK
