Yeah I realised after I'd posted it. It was really strange on the day ann no one knew what to do after the game had finished. Wouldn't happen now of course

Obviously we would rather get the championship side in the semi and have the easy ride (although I hope the players don't think like that) to the final. But if we draw Saints then that's fine. There would be no pressure on us and it would be funny to hear their arrogant fans after missing yet another final.
Hang on minute pal ..I've supported saints for years and I'm not arrogant....I think if you go back in history it was our so called arrogant fans that clapped you off after just knocking us out of the challenge cup a few years ago!
oooh miss jones, theres only one superleague team to shout for and that is THE SAINTS.

2005. I remember it well. Great gesture.
I find Saints have the most tolerable opposition fans. Even when they had that amazing team in the noughties the fans were a lot more fun than Leeds or Wigan's mob. And as for Warrington, well ...

Anyone now in the draw, we fear no one.
Think the great man wrote " 'Tis better to................ " . Otherwise an accurate quote by Alfred Lord T. As a teenager I used to belt out a song by Frankie Lane(1956) which had a similar line.
"If you haven't gambled for love and lost then you haven't gambled at all"
Back on topic will be happy for Hull to play Warrington in the Semi.

I didn't say all of you were arrogant, but you only need to spend 5 minutes on redvee to find plenty who think Saints are god's gift to rugby league. One of favourites was someone who said they are pleased that Swift is joining a "bang average" club.
Plenty on the virtual terrace and total RL forums aswell. Would love a chance to knock those guys down a peg or two.
Don't take it personally, I like Saints as a club, and I know most of you are good guys really.

While I'm all in favour of not tarring the whole fan base with the same brush, that one guy AS-something-or-other on the VT just makes me really want to not like Saints.
