As I said in the deleted thread, I've never posted anything like this before. My source at the club has been there for a few years now and I've never bothered asking them for insider knowledge before as I didn't want to be a pain.

To reiterate:

He has been told he has to win 2 of the next 3 games to keep his job.

Adrian Lam and Shaun Wayne serious contenders to take over.

The players don't respect him and call him head behind his back.

Serious question, and I'm not knocking your info, but are the players 12 years old?

Think they must be i think his man is one of the backroom staff the Noble has upset and just wants to cause a bit of upset for him. Player i have spoken to dont call him that some do call him a few names but who can say the have never called there boss a few names behind their back.

I really do not understand this "Nobby has lost the dressing room" nonsense.





If the players show this kind of disrespect then they should be simply dropped to the reserves, or better still just not chosen.



They are supposed to be professionals.





Frankly whether they "like" a coach or not is irrelevant. They should be expected to perform to their best.





Drop them, and send a signal to other clubs tht these idiots are trouble makers.







Sadly the CC once again rears it's head in this situation- we simply cannot drop them and replace them with players of equal quality. The players have the club over a barrell.

I personally love the idea that as soon as the Noble walks out of the room all the players strike up as one with a chorus of "5hithead!"

Course you can. You cannot go sacking people willy nilly. You have to give timescales and targets to aim for. This is probably what IL has done. I am not sure I believe the 3 game thing though.



If IL has not had a "word" with Brian Noble over the last few months then I would be disapointed as it shows the club are accepting mediocrity.

I call mine to his face cos he is a "four eyed sh#thead" and he admits it !!

Even ultimate pro's like Hanley, Bell and Edwards used player power when Dorahay was in charge, its a natural reaction in most walks of life if you think the person dishing out the orders is incompetant, and rightly so in my opinion.

He should be given whats known in football terms " the dreaded vote on confidence " he will be sacked next week. Job done

If this is true then they are not "ultimate pros". They show charactersitics of babies who can't get their own way, and have gone down in my estimation.



Now they are coaches, presumably they would "understand" players under them reacting in a similar way?





Players are not paid to express opinions on the coach.





Frankly there is not ONE player in the current Wigan team who holds the moral right to question Nobby. He has achieved far more than any of the overpaid wasters that we currently have in our squad.

Sadly I think that's probably true





If some of the players are looking to undermine BN then what better way to have a secret name calling clique to belong to.
