Can't say I'm particularly happy.

Dufty had a mare. His head didnt seem to be in the right place.

Fages and Naiquarma had a field day against our left side in the 2nd half.

Strangely though I thought Currie had a good game, and I thought the forwards did ok jn the main.

But our defence looks fragile and the same old thing happens when we lose a try - confidence seems to go out of the window.



The 3 no try decisions that went against us were all correct in my view, but Hudds should ahve been put away long before the last quarter.



It was 2nd v 10th for heavens sake. We just beat the 10th place team.

Far too patchy and inconsistent.



Play like that next week and we'll get mullered.

Looks like next week will come down to who can step up more. The crust munchers are also struggling, so it's really a question of who wants it more and is willing to up the ante. Have a bad feeling it won't be us. If a team like Hudds can front up and give us a game then I worry about next week.

We won.

The idea that we should hammer a side who is 10th in the league is madness. We outplayed Huddersfield today & ought to have won more easily ...but if you watch SL it happens every week.

Didn't miss Drinkwater IMO, but not because of what Mata’utia contributed, just didn't seem to need him.

Nobody said we should be hammering them, but any team should need to do more to score against us than Huddersfield did. Every try they scored was completely preventable.

Naiqama is still a top centre for me. I would take him certainly over Ratchford. It was embarrassing how many times our left hand edge was opened up especially in that second half.

He is quality. Nice hot day & firm ground suits him. We'd love him. But you can't have em all.

Defend like that next week against Wigan and am afraid it’s a mullering despite their in and out form.

On the negative side.

We have wafer thin back up. We need more cover now.

Blimey ... it is quiet on here tonight. If that pass hadn't have been given forward ...there would be a million giving their advice. Strange world.

Get Nicholson back (couple more weeks) and then Harrison can get back in the middle.



Get Philbin back and bench looks a lot stronger with him and one of the other middles there.
