| And before anyone wise cracks, no I'm not talking Billie Elliot or Black Swan. For some reason I was sat enjoying my evening when my mind decided to remind me of the single worst play I've ever seen in a Wire shirt, that of Ryan Atkins' swan dive against Leeds. 10 points down with 10 mins to go, that would have put us a try away from levelling or even taking the lead. I still pish my pants whenever i watch the clip on yt. Worst thing I've ever seen in a Warrington shirt, as I've said.
What other boneheaded plays or moments do you think could rival this? Not necessarily from a Warrington player mind, we'll open this up to all of SL and prior. Let's hear 'em.

| Who was the Salford player in 2004 who literally played the ball on the Salford try line and jon Wilshire literally picked it up and scored the try.

I can picture it, just not whom. But speaking of Salford, or against, didn't Danny Farrah or Nutley run into the post pads one game in the act of trying to score a try?

| George Flanagan showboating for Bradford Bulls against Doncaster in April 2018 and failing to score is a giggle ... it's on YT.

| I have a sketchy memory of Toa taking an interception at the Willows and being certain to score, knee’s it from his own hand.

| I remember one of our own Kevin Penny taking a tap restart on our 20m and immediately knocking on, there again, I think Martin Gleeson did a similar thing.
Also on Youtube, there's a game between two championship Yorkshire sides. A player on the team with a slender lead takes the ball as the hooter goes and instead of booting it out of play or taking the tackle, decides on a long kick up field, only for the opposition to catch it and go the length of the field to win the game.

Seen that one! I don't even think it was all that long ago either. Mortifying!

Shaun Ainscough. Ex Wigan winger. The most criminal thing I’ve ever seen on a rugby field. The hooter had gone and the game was won. All he had to do was kick it out or take the tackle.

| Just rewatched it. Seems like it wasn't a kick upfield. he did try to kick it out but completely blew it.
