Gotta say I agree with Danril on this one.



Orford is a good player but he shouldn't be hailed as some kind of super star cos he isn't.



As for Dobson being the best scrum half in SL, I have to agree with Danril again. He's been very good but he's playing in a dominant team at the moment. He'll always be good but I think that's his level 'good'!



IMO Myler is probably the best SH in the league, he's leading an average team round at the age of just 18. He has a wider range if skills than Dobson and while his kicking game isn't up to Dobsons standard everything else is on a par or better.



Arguably Brough, Long, Burrow & even Robinson on his day could be named as the leagues top half at any given point of the season

It baffles me how Warrington can possibly keep under the salary cap as it is.

well we do, and the rfl love us cos our wage bill and salary cap docs are legit, they (used to) audit us first and use us as the yardstick for all the other SL clubs.

If he was a Pom he would be the best player they have produced in the last 50 years.





He's an Aussie though, he's just average compared to the players we produce.

Its boring to watch aswell,just like watching robots,4drives n a kick and i also like state of origin.

Wigan are officially a joke. They have looked at how they were previously successful and gone back to basics. Leneghan has had lessons in long haul flying and the cheque book and fishing rod trick Mo used to use.



Meanwhile their much more successful neighbours are grooming the next generation with the likes of Eastmond, Wheeler, Lomax and Ashurst all fitting into the cap room the Goons will be offering to Orford...

Dire have never been giants except in their minds.

But not one of those youngest would get a run in the NRL and will be destroyed when they face the Aussies. Just like every other Saints player who actually has to face some real competition. But keep the illusion going that the Saints youth team is producing top talent.



As for Wigan, pfft. We are lost in the sewage.

Of course they would. You can see that the NRL produces as much dross as Super League from the rubbish that comes over here with star status. The Australians just have better athletes to draw from in the first place.



The likes of Eastmond, Lomax and Wheeler would get a chance in the NRL if they had come through over there. Whether they'd make it is as up for debate as the debate about whether they'll make it here, but they've all had a fantastic impact on Super League. Saints have been able to release at least 15 players over the last three seasons and signed just three, demonstrating how 'good' the youngsters must be for us to still be top.
