Well over a week after the disappointing end to what had been an otherwise great season, and unless I'm missing something the silence from the club is deafening. Even though communication from the RFL about the detail of how funding for next year is calculated it does seem as though this one defeat may have an impact on plans for next year. With supporters feeling a bit flat after York some honest and hopefully upbeat communication from the club is urgently needed - even if its just another resigning- just to get some positivity going again.
You make a good point it looks like everyone at the club as gone on holiday since the york game. And like you say with the disappointment in that result in what was a other wise very good season it would be nice to hear some positive news from the club. Towards the end of the season i did notice that the clubs social media content seemed to slow down when you would think with us finishing third and being in the playoffs it would be going into overdrive. Maybe they are waiting to hear what img as to say to the clubs when they meet this week and base our future plans around that although that would be risky as we still need to plan for next season. I suppose it will all come out in the wash.
Give them a chance. The season has just finished for us, some teams are still playing so news might a bit slow for a few weeks. If they have gone on holiday for a week or two I wouldn’t blame them. The staff and players have had a hard and a good season. They deserve a holiday. I’m sure news will start to appear in October.
News: Garside and Morris are leaving the club. You wanted news !
I certainly don't begrudge the players, and coaching staff a deserved break - just don't want the club to lose the momentum it's built up with supporters by shutting up shop altogether for weeks. This is just a personal view, but the flat feeling most supporters will have felt after the York game could have been lifted with a couple of pre planned announcements to get people instead looking forward to next season.

Once again it seems the information highway has hit a hiatus: Even if there is nothing to communicate because of waiting to hear about funding or because the season has not ended, a release saying that things would be quiet for a couple of weeks as the club is taking a holiday, but work behind the scenes is still ongoing, would at the very least let people know, and stop speculation and frustration from most pundits on here, although I imagine some will start rumours just to wind things up.
My Humble Opinion Only - let the knockers begin.

I suspect the media team are having some well earned time off , let’s not forget they ramped things up last year from around now with signing videos , interviews etc so it’s been a long road for them , I believe they are a small team and just like anyone in any line of work they deserve a break .
