Me and the other half both have the same phone, on the same network, however hers seems to very regularly get a better signal on WiFi and network (to the stage I have none). I haven't dropped or damaged my phone in anyway, just wondered what my best course of action would be

Cant see the shop doing anything about it. Maybe they'll send it on to the manufacturer for you. Or advise you to do so..

Its because yours is running loads of updates in the background, and hers isn't. Close all applications and tasks (there's an app for that), then compare the 2 phones.

iPad 3 is reported to be coming out around April so doubt the phone will too. Few month later maybe..

HTC will no doubt have something coming out. They always do! Samsung Galaxy SIII is probably the phone to go for, rumoured for April I believe
