You have a winner of the league ... fine
You have a winner of the grand final and a loser from the same final.They are promoted. />
Now these clubs have come from teams 2 to 8.
So lets say that the team 2 wins and the team 8 are in the final. />
Right they go up. />
Now teams 3,4,5,6,7 have been knocked out. />
Does team 4 get promoted over team three that got knocked out?
What does the team finishing fourth mean? The team finishing fourth in the league?.
So you can fiddle it to finish fourth and not risk getting knocked out in the play-offs by finishing third?
Or does it mean the team that has done third best in the play-offs?
Is it me??????
I would appreciate some clarification from someone. />
Or are you saying that if, say, a team (say the team finishing 2) didn't play in the grand final, they would be considered the fourth best team???
