If they aren't then it won't work for the SL clubs, since the exposure to the crowds is where the value is for them. I reckon we'll see some long-term loans, some rotation loans (say Skolars will request one of 5 players from Quins academy) and then the rest of the Championship squad will be made up of FT players bought by the club. While the C clubs would profit from the deal, the SL clubs would be getting the most out of it so would have to tailor the deal to suite the C clubs. />
