I would have been happier if, when the board announced their decision to go full time time it would have been from the end of the current season, so that the scouts could maybe have had more time to assess the players that they wanted. As it is there were barely 3 months from going full time on November 1st to the start of this season in January, and that is not counting the Christmas break. No wonder they are taking time to coalesce.

But if we dont make the top 4 this season can we afford to keep the players full time next season on low attendances? Hopefully when the decision was made to go full time funds were but in place to enable us to continue to be a full time squad for the next 2 or 3 seasons however if it was based on getting top 4 prize money every year we could be in trouble and might have to go back to part time

You worry too much.

It is not the first time we have had a poor start I am just hoping we start playing like a team with some flair.
