Then again I did submit to a couple of Pickled Onion Monster munch yesterday, first time for months.



By the way, the other day when you mentioned that you hadn't done profiteroles for ages and cheese was your preference at the end of a meal, I had a go at savoury profiteroles. Filled them with a cheesy mixture with some green chillies (was a bit like those BK chilli cheese bites) and dressed them with a tomato and red pepper sauce. depending on taste tests they could go on my list of starters.

I don't do puddings, well, occasionally I do.



Might work that, definitely needs to dressing to cut through otherwise i think it might be a bit sickly.

The tomato/red pepper stuff would be really sharp and tangy and serve on watercress.



Mr W. announced he would be home for the derby game, so I shall be the one in red in the middle of the East Stand at the KC. Sitting with someone trying to look like he doesn't know me, whilst I generally annoy everyone around me. Happy days!
