We have signed south sydney rabbitohs 29 year old centre/wing Joel reddy on a 2 year deal.I wonder who to replace as we have no quota space?

My point is he's a quiet achiever type, not an explosive player...kind of an outside back version of Tilse.

Sorry mate, but on the basis of an interview that Rob Chadwick has just done with Ken Sio post Bradford match on Hull KR TV, this rumour is really wide of the mark. Unless Sio is a deliberate liar, which I doubt.



I've already posted that I've heard an uncorroborated rumour that Kris Welham is leaving to play elsewhere next year and this would seem nearer to the truth, if indeed we have signed Joel Reddy from South Sydney.



Reddy was in the team that annihilated St Helens to nil in the WCC back in Feb, as I recall, so he can't be as bad as an earlier poster suggested.

I can understand what you are saying but Ryan Bailey has won numerous SL winners medals and WCC but i would still class him as bang average. Just because a player has played in a good team, it doesn't mean they are any more than average.

The nsw cup in oz is still a high class competition as we can see with josh mantellato,sio,kelly and dobbo before them just to name 4 who couldn't claim a regular 1st team spot,so to be first choice in something like the world club challenge winners and play for the team that won the grand final, says enough about joel reddy for me.Played in the defeat by cronulla on sunday and had a good game,so I dont see how he would not be a good signing.

Still the quota issue though folks. Can't see no foreign heritage in him so somebody must be leaving? Pretty concerning to who that is. Even if it's tilse, we don't neccasarily have the players to replace him. Forwards are our weakest area and so far we have signed 3 backs. Although thornley/reddy both upgrades and minns very promising, I am very concerned about the pack next year.

I totally understand your concern but if we can see where we are lacking then surely the coaching staff can so i will wait till all our players are announced before passing judgment

I am pretty sure between Chester, Peacock etc plus the pundits on TV, the fans ect it is obvious that we need to beef the pack up and if they don't I'd suggest NH needs to bin someone for stupidity.

6ft 4in tall,18st 8lb and is described as a wrecking ball,His highlights on you tube make good viewing,he is similar build to pritchard who hull have signed and is very mobile for a man of his size.He has played centre and off half this season till a torn pec ended his season,hopefully its true,but if so would mean someone else is on the way out.

WHAT about the mar-key signing do they count on the Quoter and i have heard welham has signed for the bulls i dont know how true it is
