Better than a rumour this but a gamble that coach feels is worth taking,raw very raw.

The aussie press think he is a terrific talent,but a bit of a loose cannon.Only time will tell.

As for him and Josh, I totally agree,its daft playing Josh 80 mins imo, burn out in no time and come end of year would see the result.

I worry about a signing like this, the Hull area isn’t the best place to have a player who seems to like a night out a bit too much and then rise to any baiting that comes his way. I’d rather not bother if I’m honest sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.

He had a fantastic junior career in the under 20s.

Sandercock will have his work cut out getting him back on track though, but that is what he is best at.

He isn't a finished product, but he'd be one of the best young prospects going around if you can keep him out of gaol.

From what I remember of him in the juniors, he is a not very big, but incredibly fast and elusive fullback. I think the cowboys won the under 20s title and he was one of their best performers.

He has only had a few games of firstgrade, but I think he has played a whole season of senior football in the Qld cup, which means he should be capable of playing regular senior games.

On his way to England according to his Facebook if twitter is to be believed

Talking to Bonesy regarding Ulugia, just before the Warrington cup game, he commented then that the paper work was almost completed and Rovers expected him to arrive in the UK in about three weeks.

As that was a couple of weeks ago and assuming there have been no problems since, then I would expect him to arrive here in the next week or so.

Judging from the limited YouTube clips and Aussie press write ups I've seen, he certainly looks like a very exiting prospect and I'm certainly looking forward to seeing him play in the red and white shirt of Rovers.

Lets just hope Sandy and co can mentor him effectively and keep him on the rails.

Can't see him playing Thursday. Our backs are quite settled after the last four games. I'd imagine, he's more pencilled in for the Catalans match on Monday.
