This is the main thing for me having an ex-NRL Physical Performance Coach (Strength & Conditioning) at Sydney Roosters in charge of physical development of this age group because last season's mullering at home to Wigan showed how much we were lacking in this area. />
It could be a critical factor in persuading youngsters to sign. |

Is he better than your 1st team conditioner? Do you still have that ex Hull conditioner?

Is he better than your 1st team conditioner? Do you still have that ex Hull conditioner?

U16s beat Huddersfield 40-10 today, a great team performance against a much bigger giants team, well done to all the players & coaching staff

we are slowly catching up as other teams have had 10 years on us to get up and running but I think we need to look at leeds wigan and saints as there youngsters are the best in SL and see if we can take any ideas from them

Absolutely. As they're constrained by the cap rather than just money for their first team budget, then it is both possible and sensible for them to pump resources into this area. />
For all that I think their player development is a tiny bit overhyped, looking at what Cas do/spend would be more realistic, perhaps. />
