too much secrecy at the club they are not transparent enough except when they want our money, i want them to be more open with whats going on at OUR club , hardly anything in local press these days , come on the dons we want to know , even the match reports the star get shorter every week

I know what your saying stand offish , and to some extent i agree about fans not coming to see a lowly team, but to spend money you don't have , with no guarantee that it will bring in fans, could well be self destructing .The Dons had a fantastic season , yet no increase as yet. That's why i say build slowly, im just offering an opinion, yours differs and thats fine. Would rather watch a struggling team, than have what's happened in the past and see the club go under. Might not come back next time.

I don't think we differ that much really, we both know any team is better than no team. />
I'm just an impatient person who wants jam today not tomorrow. />
I don't like to see the lads getting stuffed by sides that have nothing really better to offer in terms of crowd support.

Its more likely to be the editorial side of the Star thats responsible for the decision on length of match reports. I've seen the depth that Liam and Paul, as well as Steve before them go into in writing a match report, and unfortunately, a defeat for us means less column inches to be filled, as could be seen last season.
