People writing Paul Prescott off can't have been watching much of him over the past couple of seasons. He's developed in to a fantastic player who plays the game simple and very tough. The lads development was only ever held back by injuries but they've been few and far between (touch wood) in the past 2 or 3 seasons and it's shown.
He shouldn't be a million miles off an England spot if he keeps this seasons form up and as for him leaving Wigan I'd be stunned. He's not off contract at the end of this year and there's no way the club will let him go.
Him along with Mossop and a really suprising package in Dudson will be the cornerstone of Wigans front row for years.

Heard this rumour today at work (from a Rovers fan...)
O'Meley isn't actually injured. He's been told by the club he is overweight and needs to shed a bit of timber, which he isn't happy about. Apparently spoken to some of the KR Aussies and said he doesn't want to play for FC again while Gentle is in charge.
It can't be true, because there is no way in the world anybody would fall out or be angry with Mr. Gentle.
