Do you mean leadership or direction, because players such as Fitzgibbon, Berrigan and O'Mealy should provide leadership. However direction around the pitch is a concern.

If that is true about the 2 players and the Weir Bar then Agar has maybe shown some balls with regards to club discipline and sent a message out to the rest of them, particularly as they are supposedly banned from the place and should quite rightly be supported on the decision.

I just cannot see him changing his mind he seems to lack the ability to make changes when changes are needed.

If that post is true, then the club should come out and say so. Tell us what the punishment is, how long we'll be without the 2 of them, etc.
