If you get stuck next to a numpty would it not be possible to move seats? There will be plenty of non pass holding reserved seats about.

I would assume you are right, making it all reserved will simply mean you cannot just sit anywhere on the day, which means you'll have to get the ticket from the ticket office, and that will mean longer queues pre-game.

they can sell reserved on the gate, pre print the tickets, been done before

Indeed, but they have to make sure they stipulate that you are buying a ticket for a set seat, not merely entrance to the stand.

I think it could backfire on the club. I understand the reasons for it but surely idiots can just be dealt with on match days?



All that this will do is alienate some genuine fans, discourage walk ups and the idiots will just sit where they want anyway as there will be plenty of spare seats

Thats exactly my fears...one game I was gonna ask for half my money back as a guy with an ass as big as Steve Macca was taking up half my seat as well as all of his own

There is now a plan on the club site of the seats numbers row etc in the unreserved areas of the East Strand for folks ho want to sit where they usually do in unreserved but did not know the seat numbers.
