Something like:
Street
Dixon
Walker
Divet
Sharp
McNamara?
Probably missed a player or two but these players were part of the squad that year.

Can some-one remind me how long ago Royce was at Hull - It was a long time ago and I think we can say the older we get the more we learn and more experienced we become. Richard Agar will be in that mold one day. Dont know what Royce has been doing lately but was head coach at Penrith I believe. Still a surprise if he is coming to Saints but their previous coaches over the last years starting with Milward have all brought success - success we would die for.

In typical Aussie arrogance they've missed out his uk coaching.
Looking at that was he with us for 92/93 and 93/94?'"
Yes we had him for them 2 seasons before Tony Gordon took over in the summer of 94 and it all went downhil!!
Simmons last game for Penrith was a Grand Final win in 91.

| Royce was a real good bloke who did as much as he could for the club. Running the marathons is something that will never be repeated. Des Hasler was one of the most exciting players I've seen in a black & white shirt and if it hadn't been for Simmons as someone else mentioned them couple of seasons would have been real dour.
Was Royce in charge when we played Widnes in a cup game at the Boulevard in terrible weater conditions, rain, sleet & snow from what I can remember. It was said some of the players suffered from Hyperthermia that day!

Exactly. Bust his gut to get Hasler to Hull and he was a cracking player to watch. I'm sure most Hull fans who can remember that era would say the same. Glad to see him in a Head Coaching role again.
