I got that for free as did everyone else. I now have to pay almost double when everyone gets theirs for normal price.

Based on the actual price of my pass it's about £23 per game but when you include the "benefits" in the total price I paid, it goes up to £35 per game. Quite where the extra £10 has come from I don't know.

As of Thursday, I'll be living a two minute walk away from St James' Park. Ideally, I'd like to go to both games but at the minute that isn't looking like an option.

Ordered mine an the lads tickets this morning £35 plus 50p card charge, saves me going to the KC and pricing is fine.

Got mine tonight after work. Have pass for Southstand but got 3 tickets for Weststand @ £23 each.

Got ours tonight; North stand - It looks like the wedding's off.

Same for me. Nearly fell off my chair when she said £45 each. Told them I'll think about it. Probably will still do it though. Better include the usual free programme or I will be kicking off.



Off subject slightly but if I going to have a rant I might as well get it all off my chest. Only occasionally do they announce the teams in the Kingston Suite before the game yet they rarely miss announcing them in the Sports Bar. If we are paying such a premium we should take priority. Also access to the Kingston Suite seems to be available to anyone who is in the West Stand. Checks on passes are rare if you access from the terracing. I know many including my own son who just walks in. Again if we are to pay a premium it should be better policed. And yes I will be taking those issues up with the club.

I have heard a lot of fans complaining about the price, it comes as a bit of a shock as a one off game price wise. I feel for a lot of people who can not go because of the cost and as things get to bite in thenext few months many more will be feeling the squeeze. The times of rising gates and revenues are coming to an end in the sports entertainment world and sky sports will become a cheap option to most famillies instead of "live" sports.

Agree totally. My pass wasn't checked on Saturday coming back in at HT and FT, but I have to show it 3 times to get in in the first place



I'm just disappointed that the fact that we pay a premium seems to have been ignored. I know we get more for the money than the average passholder (I can still use my carpark pass and access to the Kingston Suite if I go

), but why do they seem to think that this entitles them to rip us off? £45 is a joke and I'm still very unhappy about the whole situation. It's not as if I've just decided to have a padded seat today, I've had the same one all year.





Still I got a nice poster thanking me on Saturday so maybe I should be grateful.
